7 days and 6 nights
Dear mums give yourself a week of wellness and relaxation together with your baby enjoying an unforgettable holiday on Lake Bolsena experiencing mum & baby yoga classes.
Practicing yoga with your baby strengthens the bond and promotes the relationship between mother and child, increases the knowledge of your child as a person other than yourself. Physically it is useful for both to improve coordination, balance, and flexibility. It stimulates the whole body, including the digestive and nervous system. Psychologically helps mutual understanding and communication, improves self-esteem and concentration. In the child, it enhances fine motility, helps in relaxation, and conciliates a quiet sleep and a more balanced behavior.
The wonderful location on the shores of the lake will offer you the opportunity to relax and play with your child on the beaches located a few minutes from the resorts. Funny activities organized by professional educators will entertain your baby while you’ll dedicate time to yourself. Cultural visits and nature excursions in the ancient land of Tuscia will enrich your stay.
