The result of these practices is such delicacies as extra virgin olive oil, wine, vegetables, cured meats and dairy products, all produced with care according to an ancient culinary tradition that makes this region perfect for wine and food lovers. Over a long weekend, you’ll experience yourself the daily work of the Tuscia farmers, wisely, from centuries, devoted to the production of the food excellences of the territory. But, you’ll also have time to discover Tuscia gems as you’ll visit archaeological sites, medieval towns and enchanting borgo!

You can chose among a variety of truly authentic accommodations, antique residences in Viterbo’s medieval heart, bio agriturismo, stunning Lake view hotels, historical villas and medieval castles (see the ACCOMMODATIONS PAGE for details). For this specific tour, we recommend to stay in a bio agriturismo where part of the activities take place.
TRANSPORT
Upon request, we provide transportation for the tour activities and the transfers to reach Tuscia and return from/to Orvieto, Rome, Civitavecchia, Florence and other cities in central Italy.
