Nevertheless, beside nature and history spanning millennia, you’ll appreciate the Tuscia traditions. With the exclusive Cooking inTuscia workshop you’ll learn the secrets of the delicious regional cuisine directly from the locals and with Country seasons inTuscia you’ll dedicate a day to the agricultural activities. You’ll be fascinated by the daily work of the Tuscia farmers, wisely, from centuries, devoted to the production of the food excellences of the territory as wine, extra virgin olive oil, cheese, hazelnuts and much more. According to the season, like a real farmer you’ll harvest fruit, lavender, hazelnuts, grapes or olives!

The exact schedule of the agricultural seasons is subject to the climate. We are able to forecast them only a couple of months in advance. In case of anticipation or delay of the chosen season, we replace it with other agricultural activities.

TRANSPORT

Upon request, we provide transportation for the tour activities and the transfers to reach Tuscia and return from/to Orvieto, Rome, Civitavecchia, Florence and other cities in central Italy.
