You’ll discover archaeological, medieval and renaissance Tuscia gems as you’ll enjoy the natural surroundings, the relax and the delightful authentic local food. Nevertheless, beside nature and history spanning millennia, you’ll appreciate the Tuscia traditions. With the exclusive Cooking inTuscia workshop you’ll learn the secrets of the delicious regional cuisine directly from the locals and with Country seasons inTuscia you’ll dedicate a day to the agricultural activities. You’ll be fascinated by the daily work of the Tuscia farmers, wisely, from centuries, devoted to the production of the food excellences of the territory as wine, extra virgin olive oil, cheese, hazelnuts and much more. According to the season, like a real farmer you’ll harvest fruit, lavender, hazelnuts, grapes or olives!
