In the heart of the Lazio’s Maremma, there is a farm founded by a family who moved from Sardinia in the ’50s. They brought with them an ancient cheese making art that combined with the wealth of the local meadows gives excellent results!
The farm, which still retains its ancient flavor is now strictly organic and breeds in semi-wild goats, sheep, pigs, rabbits and chickens, it produces fodder and in a modern dairy workshop turns the milk into award-winning cheeses, following recipes handed down from generation to generation. Under the guidance of the master cheesemaker, you will challenge yourself to make cheese and ricotta from fresh milk. After being refreshed by the farm delicacies served in the agriristoro (country restaurant), the goats await you to be milked. An exclusive experience to enjoy the pleasures of the rural life of Tuscia.
