 General Terms and Conditions of Sale

This General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) governs the sale of the touristic packages created and commercialized by inTuscia of Chiara Fonghini, registered office located in Via Saffi 127 – Viterbo, VAT n° 02162200568, Licence n° 4039 of 16/12/2014 and shall form part of the contracts executed for the sale of the above mentioned touristic packages.

With the subscription of the Contract of Sale of the Touristic Packages, the buyer declares to have read this GTCS, and to accept its contents. The Buyer is responsible to save and keep a copy of this GTCS.

 

PURCHASE ORDER OF TOURISTIC PACKAGES

The purchase order of the touristic package will take place at a distance, preferably via email, following the offer sent by inTuscia.

The price of the packages purchased will be indicated in the offer under the chapter RATES.

Any inaccuracy in the compilation of the purchase order remains the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

 

TERMS OF PAYMENT

Group tours

30% of the price of the package shall be paid at the time of the booking. The remaining 70% shall be paid within 30 days before the starting date of the tour.

 

Scheduled tours for individuals

30% of the price of the package shall be paid at the time of the booking. The remaining 70% shall be paid within 30 days before the starting date of the tour, if confirmed by inTuscia.

INVOICE

The Buyer shall request the invoice at the time of the purchase order, specifying name and VAT number.

 

TOUR CANCELLATION

In case the Buyer will cancel the tour after the payment of the advance, the total amount paid will be retained by inTuscia and the Buyer will not due anything else to inTuscia.

In case the Buyer will cancel the tour after the payment of the total price of the tour, the total amount paid will be retained by inTuscia.

In case inTuscia will cancel the tour due to force majeure, the total amount paid will be refunded to the Buyer.

Scheduled tours for individuals

In case the tour will be cancelled due to the lack of minimum number of participants, indicated in the contract, inTuscia will inform the Buyer within 30 days before the starting date of the tour and the total amount paid will be refunded.

 

SALE CONTRACT

The sale contract of the touristic packages has been drafted in accordance with Legislative Decree 79 of 23/05/2011. inTuscia will send the contract to the buyer after receiving the purchase order.

 

The contract will be considered concluded and accepted with the payment of the 30% of the total price of the tour.

The parties (inTuscia and the Buyer) declare and agree that the place of conclusion of the contract is Viterbo, at the registered office of inTuscia .

The Buyer has 10 days after the ending date of the tour to make a complaint for non-performance or improper performance of the contract.

The Buyer may transfer the contract to a third party at no additional costs, previous approval of inTuscia.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

With the acceptance of the contract of sale, the privacy policy, available at the website www.intuscia.com, shall also be deemed accepted.
